Bruce S. Seckendorf, CPA, Partner

Bruce S. Seckendorf is a Certified Public Accountant. He is the founder of Seckendorf Hasson Reilly & Kobay CPA's, LLC. Before Bruce started the firm he worked for what is now one the largest regional accounting firms in Manhattan.

Bruce is a member of both The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Bruce's clientele consists of High Net Worth individuals, small businesses, Investors, Entertainers and Athletes. 

In addition, Bruce is the founder of Seckendorf Hasson Reilly & Kobay CPA's, LLC 's affiliate, L.L. Business Management, Inc., which performs business management and other personal and professional services to entertainers, athletes, actors and other High Net Worth individuals.

David M. Hasson, CPA, Partner

David M. Hasson is a Certified Public Accountant. He has been a partner at Seckendorf Hasson Reilly & Kobay CPA's, LLC since 1995. Before David became a partner with SSeckendorf Hasson Reilly & Kobay CPA's, LLC he worked for fifteen years with what is now one of the largest regional accounting firms in Manhattan. 

David is a member of both The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. David is also designated "Personal Financial Specialist" by the AICPA. He advises on Estate and Financial Plans. He prepares Estate, Trust and Family LLC Tax Returns as well as Personal and Business Tax Returns. David's clientele consists of High Net Worth Individuals, Small Businesses, Real Estate, Entertainers and Athletes. He has also served as Treasurer of The Nassau County Society of CPA's Real Estate Division for more than 8 years. David graduated from City University of New York at Queens College.

Robert Reilly, CPA, Partner

 

Robert Reilly, CPA, is a Certified Public Accountant and has been a partner at LL Business Management, Inc.'s affiliate Seckendorf Hasson Reilly & Kobay CPA's, LLC since 2003. His clients consist of individuals, small businesses, Entertainers and High Net Worth individuals. Robert also specializes in business management for members of the sports and entertainment industry. Robert is a member of both The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Robert graduated from the Long Island University at CW Post campus in New York.

Justin Kobay, CPA, Partner

​Justin graduated from The University of Miami (“THE U”) with a double major in finance and accounting and received his CPA License in the State of New York. Justin’s passion for music combined with his accounting/finance experience led him to make the transition into business management. Since then, he has grown LL Business Management’s client base to include some of the most successful recording artists, producers, songwriters, and executives in the industry. At SHRK and LL Business Management, Justin specializes in all aspects of client representation on both a professional and personal level. Additionally, he is well versed in foreign and domestic tax issues for Artists performing in the U.S. and abroad, including the Central Withholding Agreement (CWA) process.

Marius Bercovici, Senior Manager

Marius Bercovici is a senior manager at SHRK, CPA's, LLC and has been with Seckendorf Hasson Reilly & Kobay CPA's, LLC since 2004. Marius has over seventeen years of public experience with small and mid size firms. Marius has expertise in Tax Preparation and Strategy, Tax Compliance, Governmental Audits, Management and Consulting. His areas of specialty include Entertainment, Sports, the Restaurant and Hospitality industry, Real Estate and Start up companies. In addition,

Venicia Mestey, Executive Assistant/Account Executive

Venicia Mestey is an Executive Assistant/Account Executive at SHRK CPA's, LLC. She has been employed here since 2002. Her responsibilities include assisting all partners and managing both companies. She is our coordinator for tax season and in charge of keeping all tax programs updated with tax laws. Her responsibilities also include reviewing all returns, making sure the partners have all the information needed to complete tax returns for partnerships, corporates, estates and personal clientele. E-filing with IRS, New York, and all other states. She is in charge of setting up new Corporations, LLC’s and Non for Profits with the New York State Dept of Corporations and other states. She also aids in the internal structure of both the CPA firm and Business Management company.

Trey Files, CPA

Trey Files is a certified public accountant at SHRK CPA’s LLC and has worked in the entertainment industry as a performer and administrator. Trey worked with clients including ESPN, Red Bull, and Heineken to produce corporate entertainment events. Trey has played the drums for numerous Broadway shows, and he was drawn to accounting after administering the orchestra payroll for several off-Broadway and Broadway productions.
